When collecting packages, expects the customer to go to the back of the shop, bend down, and search for their own package amongst dozens of others! Since when is the customer supposed to do the retailers job? Never. Evri, remove this lazy unprofessional site from your network. Everyone else, avoid using this drop-off and pick-up point.
