    W H Smith in Queensway, Pettswood will take parcels on behalf of DHL (in my case an Apple iPad worth quite a lot of money) without giving any receipt of having received it. I conclude that this is the fault of DHL for not giving WHSmith the facility to issue a receipt. Whoever I am sending a parcel to could deny having received it. I’ll be trying another DHL agent and hope I can find one who will give me a receipt but I’m not hopeful.
