   My parcel was marked as delivered and I have received nothing. It’s strange as I thought every delivery needs an image of proof but there was nothing. I even drove up to the delivery office and they said they don’t have a clue where it is and that I should wait till the next day as it might turn up then. Still have received nothing and it’s been a long time since then. Seems like this is a reoccurring issue for a lot of people in the area. Needs to be sorted out as it’s ridiculous and I’m out of pocket.

   This place is a joke They were meant to deliver my package On Thursday as I got a message saying they are delivering it's on that Thursday But it never arrived and it has not updated since We're now on the fifth day and it still has not turned up I'm trying to get through to someone to find out what has happened is near impossible so I don't know if they're staff member have stolen it or what

   They keep saying delivery attempted but I was home and there was definitely no attempt to deliver. Have had multiple packages just get lost in the system with no way to arrange a pick up. I’m baffled they’re able to get away with this b/c it seems to be a recurring issue based on the other reviews. If you live in the area and this is your DO, maybe look into alternate places where you can get your package delivered. If anyone finds out where we can complain to get this resolved please do post. Feel awful for the more vulnerable members of the community who may depend upon deliveries and have to deal with whatever dysfunction is taking place with this delivery office.

   Worst ever! I am waiting for a parcel for 1 month and a half and still missed . 3 times I chose redelivery and they didn t even knock to my door or let me any card . Why am I paying the delivery? Bunch of lazy people! Do your job proper!!!!

   Waiting deliveries for more than a month. Never received Italian Election papers so unable to vote, also missing photo prints, vinyl records, cds and games. A Nintendo game I bought on eBay for £40 is also missing, the seller contacted them and they said it was delivered but the postman did not have the handheld device so it could not be checked. How convenient! I am at home every day and I never see any postmen. A game fits easily through my letterbox. This should be investigated, there are liars and thieves among us.

   It's a royal mail delivery office. The service is getting worse by the day. In the last two weeks, three of our parcels were not delivered to our address therefore we had to go and pick it up from delivery office. The last one was particularly bad. The man at the reception couldn't find our parcel even with the collection card reference. We had to wait thirty minutes before he could eventually physically locate our parcel.

   Good location, not far from shopping centre nearby. Free car parking. Don't know about other days, but I went here on Friday and there was a lot of free spaces to park my car. Friendly and professional staff, fast pick up.
