Friendly and good service. It's a pain to find and get into the Internet Cafe place however as you have to buzz through 3 entrances and reach the 2nd floor. They accept cash and card for DHL services. It's a Business Centre nestled between Nisa Local and Gulmi restaurant. There should be more instructions on how to find this place.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely arrogant person running this place. The location is difficult to find and the guy has no manners at all. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be harassed.
Took forever to find and no one answered the intercom when I tried to buzz in. Waited for 10min until someone buzzed me in only to find out there was no one present.
The people working for this DHL Express service point was so helpful and very accommodating. The transaction was so quick and easy. Then the man who is suppose to pick up the parcel came in the same time I arrived, and he even waited for my parcel to be processed so it can fly that day and arrive the next 2 days. I was so happy with everything. With this good experience, I will definitely use this branch again to send parcel back home
Not easy to find (you need to go inside, take the lift and find your way through a few corridors). Once arrived the DHL chap had popped out but people in the cafe were super kind to call him and he returned 10 min later to help get my parcel accepted!
Very confusing experience. You need to go to the equitable house business centre reception where there is a sign to call up to the guy who runs the internet cafe. Ignore the location on Google maps!! The guy is very helpful though!!
They've stopped doing DHL. Would have helped if they had highlighted this on Google maps
