We all know Christmas deliveries can be a nightmare, and DHL definitely had some mishaps with my package over three days. However, this driver made sure I got my parcel on time, and for that, I wanted to leave a review. At the end of the day, these are hard working people doing their best to do their jobs. Just like us. Thanks for going above and beyond.

We've waited for a delivery for over a week(as i write this it is still not delivered). Every day they say it should be out for delivery but that is simply not true. Would give negative stars if possible.

Completely useless! We’re supposed to deliver my parcel today. Received an email saying that it had been delivered to a neighbour. Tried contacting them to see where the parcel was, because tracking showed one thing and the delivery different. The driver didn’t leave a card or anything. The customer service is crap and they don’t work on the weekends. So now I have to wait until Monday to see if the missing package can be found. Ah, and also trying to get a proof of delivery is impossible. The website gives you the same crap information -delivered to a neighbour!

I usually get parcels from HK that arrive on Mondays My usual driver is so nice. On a couple of occasions he has called me if I haven’t been in and I’ve agreed where he should leave it. On Monday I waited all day and at 3.15 I got an email to say they had attempted delivery and left a card. I immediately rushed outside but there was no van. They did not attempt delivery. On Tuesday I was out of town and on weds I tracked the parcel and again it said they had left a card - they hadn’t. I went on line to track and changed my delivery to non signature and had a confirmation that it would arrive Friday. I looked at the tracker on Friday and the parcel was and is still at the depot. DHL phone help was not any help they said I would have to collect My awb is 7875526234

Even after paying the charges of courier, I had to come and collect the courier in-person. DHL does not provide any l exact time slot neither was the door knocked, I don’t what they thought that the one’s collecting would stand outside and wait? At least could have rang the phone, I left my ID at the house so that delivery person shouldn’t have any issues in delivering but they did not. When I called to let them know there’s someone home do not return of the fort is unanswered, call me once, the lady at customer care when called she spoke nicely and said she’ll provide a note with my phone number, asking to call me while delivering the next day. Even the next day, the delivery person did not call/messaged that he has arrived. I called the Customer Care, and that lazy one on the call was nowhere professional, wasn’t clear and was being offended when I asked twice what he said but he did not helped in any regards also was eager to hang the phone whilst unclear to my enquiry. Very poor customer experience.

Was meant to receive my parcel on the 6th of Jan. Last scan was at the Docklands depot. Investigation into parcel has started but no updates or call backs when they say they will. I expect more from DHL especially when the parcel was meant to only be 2-3 days of delivery. I understand it is a busy time but even an email to say we haven't had any update yet would be appreciated

Waited in all day for my delivery then got a sorry we missed you email ( didn’t even knock ) so I had to make a trip to the depot To collect my delivery. Staff themselves were great not so much the two hour wait for the driver. Would have been more stars if I had of gone by choice and had the service I had.

Poor service all round. To be honest, I expected a lot more as the DHL brand name always conveyed reliability in the past. Ordered a gift for my wife on a Tuesday from Harrods. Asked them to deliver it to local click & collect address in Lakeside for obvious reasons. Received an email on the Thursday from DHL saying incorrect address. Called them, and they refused to deal with me. Called Harrods and they said I had to wait till Monday. called on the following Monday & decided to just go pick parcel from depot. Nobody was a reception. Nobody answering buzzer. Knocked the door a few time & the rudest customer service assistant came out asking me why I was knocking the door soo hard. Obviously to get someone’s attention. Whole process wasn’t pleasant! Felt like I was the one who did something wrong the whole time.

Dreadful. Have been sat here all morning waiting for the delivery and then get an email to say they couldn’t deliver because nobody was at home! The sender had already tried to send this item via DPD who just didn’t bother and kept saying nobody was home when they were. DHL were supposed to be better - absolutely not!
