Consistently missing 24 hour guaranteed post by a couple of days which is indeed sittig at the DO and saying they attempt delivery when they DO NOT! I am indeed at home, receive marketing mail, and not the parcels I am waiting for. So not only they breach the terms, they also lie about it, and they do it all the time. Great job
On website it states open till 7 on a Saturday turned up few minutes before 12 and door closed, notice on door says closed at 12 so closed a few minutes early and website information wrong!! A guy went inside then the woman came out basically having a go at me saying I was wrong the website doesn’t say 5 and I was after 12.. in the end got my parcel but don’t appreciate staff having a go at me telling me I got there after it was only 12.05 and had been there for 10 minutes !!
I got a message to say I could pick up my parcel. The website says the delivery office is open until 7 pm. So I walked there to collect. Nothing open - no sign of life. No sign for entrance. Opening times signs look as if they have been there 30 years. No other information online and Royal Mail helpline eventually told me it would be over 40 minutes to get to speak to anyone for advice. Absolute shower of .........
Local postie for my address is very rude, arrogant, up himself, dismissive, grumpy, quiet, unapproachable his/or their temporary replacement was nicer, friendlier and perkier! My goodness! Honestly anyone but him/them ( him/them being our usual postie) would be better as our postie I think. But to get onto the delivery office, they've been rubbish at getting my opt out of door to door sorted out even though I was successful apparently in April or May 2024! Opting out shouldn't have to be a thing, useless junk mail should be illegal. Weird opening hours too.
Yet again our important post and parcels sent to the wrong address and we spend all day tracking them down. Rubbish service. Luckily honest people returned an envelope special delivery with euros in it to us today. We will never order anything again if they use you. Maybe someone needs to go to Specsavers.
Open hours are shocking, closed on sundays and only open from 8am-12pm on a Saturday, have to find time in the week to collect parcels
Had my parcel delivered directly to the sorting office because i work full time. So easy.
Poor opening times. Unpleasant staff that appear don't want to be there. And royal mail very expensive. Parcels that other companies leave in a secure place. R mail take back. Very disappointed. We do not use royal mail nowadays.
The gentleman, Peter who served me was so helpful, he really went out of his way to help I had organised for my parcel to be redelivered so this was not easy to find. Peter was unflustered and polite at all times
This delivery centre is quite difficult to access by car as there is very little parking nearby. Some people park on the pavement out front but there's always a risk in doing that. I cannot fault the service and helpfulness of this place. Never had a bad experience. Today the man on the counter went out of his way to assist me in a fruitless endeavour. Thank you!
