    Lovely newsagents, this review is not about the really nice owners at this shop. Hermes drop off fail review. Sent a phone from here and it got lost by Hermes, confirming item dropped off but never seen again. Sold my phone on eBay for £250. Paid for next day delivery via Hermes. Spent the next month looking at the tracker from Monday March 15th. Finally got £20 compensation 20th April 2021. Had to refund the buyer on eBay. Now down 230 pounds. There is nothing I can do about it. It's a shame as very convenient drop off points and cheap service, just do not send anything valuable ever.
