   Took 4 months instead of 2 month . No one explained the delay in sending or anything I was waiting and waiting .....they said I was old customer and I should know ? I am very disappointed in them for this parcel other than that I am a happy customer and have been using them since covid (few years now ). I hope this doesn't happen again .

   Delivery was on time. However not satisfied with the service. I opened my parcel, I found that all the items inside were wet. I’m unsure how this happened, as the suitcase was securely closed.

   It took only two weeks,from London Katherine Road to Kolkata Newtown .Very happy with the service .They have delivered it to the 1st floor flat.Intake Box was received. Now preparing my 3rd Box.

   Thank you so much for handling all six of my boxes with great care. The team in London was incredibly helpful and kind, especially during the packing process. I was initially told the delivery would take around three months by sea, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive my shipment about 10 days earlier than expected. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to others.
