   I was going to send a apple airpods through dhl. Before sending i showeed the parcel guy product & he said no issues and i also ensured they have insurance for parcel lost or damaged as i am sending overseas. After one day i get email that , i cant send wireless earphone though dhl to overseas. So why did parcel guy in shop its possible to send and he also said it will be insured . Why misinformation. So i mailed them back how will i get the money back & how will i get the parcel back, he replied in email i will get refund and i will get the product back to me next dah. I got the parcel damaged package slightly thats not the issue. Then i emailed that dhl guy for my refund he said i will have to contact dhl customer service he cant help me in it & gave me a number which charges a minutlu. So to get refund i have to spend money . Such a ridicilous process.

   They are absolutely appalling took them two weeks to deliver my parcel that was next day delivery you cannot get through to them at all
