My parcel is scheduled for delivery at a particular time, and then the tracking change to say they haven’t picked it up. It doesn’t seem possible to speak to someone to find where my parcel is and when I’m going to expect to receive it. Update:- despite the above my parcel was delivered so the tracking info was incorrect! Nevertheless trying to get hold of of someone to talk to in DHL is frustratingly difficult and I didn’t manage to find a link to a person to help! Changed from one star to three.
