   This is second time they have refused my parcel first time they said it’s closed now come tomorrow second time they said your parcel is too big they give me one phone number which is for tracking your parcel not call them. Present to be good but they are not . Very disappointed.

   He deserves zero stars. Rude behaviour. Screamed at me and told me I’m wasting his time. I went to drop a parcel off. It was his job to guide me. V dirty shop. Will never ever use this shop again. Zero customer service.

   Very rude, I went for sending hermes percel, they refused that don't have printer at store, then why you mentioned it on google?!!

   I visited that shop on 13th December to drop Hermes parcel and was totally shocked by the horrible service I received there. An obnoxious man behind the counter was shouting at me and treated me like a fool while pointing where the printer to print out the label was. He probably forgot I was the customer and didn't need to know these things. It was his job to help, considering I don't do it on a daily basis. Then he was shouting again while pointing at the untidy pile where the parcel was supposed to be dropped. The shop is very cluttered and untidy. It's totally unacceptable to expect the customers to know exactly where everything is. They should really improve the customer service and clean and organise the shop itself. At the moment, they are super unprofessional and rude. Avoid this place if you can. I personally will never go there again. I would happily give zero stars if I could.

   Extremely poor service. Turned away for no reason other than "come back tomorrow". If there is no incentive for these shops to provide this service then why is Hermes signing them up?

   Came 16:20. Was refused to leave my parcel. "Internet problem" lie. As I can see other people have same issues. Some people are working during the day and can leave parcel only in the afternoons or so. Bad service...
