    I have had many parcels delivered by Milbray, and every single time they have been easy to contact (you can actually speak to someone) which makes a change, and they are so easy to deal with.

    Given a delivery slot of 9-11am. Driver finally shows up at 14.15. Heavy pallet dumped on the pavement near my house, completely obstructing it and refused to bring it to the house and left on the pavement. Rude driver and terrible service. I can’t move the pallet on my own so it’s just left on the pavement.

    Ordered a set of seats that came on a pallet. It wasn't possible to have them delivered on certain days and specific times so worked very well with me to select a time that I could come home on my lunch break and accept the delivery. No stress and very smooth process, good communication. Very impressed.

    I had an excellent delivery experience. The driver, who is also the owner of the company, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He even offered to assist with bringing the boxes into the flat, which wasn’t required but much appreciated. I highly recommend their service!

    Its very rare you come across a courier company so inept, but here we are. I have dealt with this company three times recently, each time has been a nightmare, Let me share my most recent experience. I place and order with a local company for a delivery. they use APC, straight away im concerned, these people are poor I think ! Next day delivery comes and goes, until 6pm, when i get a notification my parcel will be delivered between 9 and 10 pm. This is really odd I think, what sort of business operates at these hours. Anyway, its null and void because it never arrived between 9 and 10pm. So I contact APC on facebook chat to ask whats going on, they tell me that they ran out of time and will deliver it to me today, I explain im not home today, I made arrangments to be home the day before, when they didnt arrive. Despite me telling them this, both on the phone and online they still attempt delivery, Then I get a promise that they will have the driver return to me after 5:30pm .. for their fabled night delivery slots, and guess what, it doesnt arrive ! So I message them again, and this time they just ignore me, and ignore my phone calls and requests for redelivery. I thought hermes were bad, these guys are way way worse. TAKE THIS AS A CAUTION, IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS PREPARING TO USE APC, BE PREPARED TO DISAPOINT YOUR CLIENTS AND ALIENATE THEM. Because that is what has happened, I now will not use my local supplier anymore, who uses APC and have now opted for a national chain, who use DX and DPD, courier firms you can trust and rely upon

    I must be one lucky guy having read previous feedback. I had a next day delivery successfully made about a month back. I had a shipment of perishables from 76 miles north of Edinburgh yesterday and it was delivered before 09.00 this morning. As I say, my experience is 100% excellent

    The driver was so rude and refused to deliver the order without the help of 3 or 4 people to get my flooring supplies to the house. The driver’s manager didn’t inform me or called me either. I had to chase the driver multiple times on phone. I called my friend to help me get the load down and asked a helping hand from the driver but he was so rude, kept complaining and refused. He even challenged me saying you take it if you can because it’s so heavy. We were 2 girls who did all the job in the end of unloading almost 400kgs of flooring wood in to the house while the driver was on the phone chatting. He complained he had come 2 hours just for this delivery, but for gods sake it’s his job! Very bad behaviour, discriminative and totally unprofessional! I think it’s also the company’s job to make sure the right message is communicated beforehand to customers.

    Suspect driver lied to the lass in the depot. Firstly said I wasn't in, they went to wrong address. Hour later, apparently tried to deliver again. Driver told depot he couldn't get to my rd as one next to it was shut. There are 3 other rds the driver could have used. Driver then said there was too much traffic. It is meant to be delivered today. Still waiting. They have 15 mins. Looking forward to the excuse for today.
