   I was home waiting for the delivery, saw the driver take a picture of the house and leaving straight away, I received a message of missed delivery, then I called for a redelivery for next day and now I was waiting for my package again, just to find out shortly agter than there was no space in the van, so I have to wait one more day for the package. Unnacteptable.

   Our customer requested for us to send their order to the Maldives. We contacted APC for a quote and the parcel was delivered in 5 days of collection. Working with APC international was easy and stress free. The templates provided are straight forward and there is always someone helpful to guide me through the whole process. We will definitely use them for all our international parcels.

   Day 1 - Missed delivery window. Driver not updating tracking so I have no idea where my parcel is. Also, the parcel is a surprise gift being delivered to a different address so I am trying to keep someone in the house to take delivery without ruining the surprise. Reason given by company is that it's a new driver & that the schedule is not being followed... What a disappointing experience. Day 2 - After the fiasco of yesterday (the parcel never arrived). The delivery is now set at stop number 42 (which is probably one of the last deliveries). The ETA is between 11:21 and 13:21. The surprise has been completely decimated as I've had to let my friend know what's in the delivery. I don't think any excuse is good enough for this kind of service and I think companies should think very hard before signing a contract with them (at least with this depot, other depots may be very good)

   Had to cancel order ! As not able to receive my parcel , i work Monday to Friday ,even arranged for someone to be here and delivery person didn’t ring the bell or leave a calling card ,not even a local collection point to make pick up .

   They are lucky to even get 1 star. This company is not a next day service and if you book a parcel or a pallet, be ready to wait at least 1 week before your item gets delivered. The reviews speak for themselves. I might be saving someone money by saying this. DO NOT USE THEM!

   We waited in all day for a delivery that didn't arrive. I left work early. Was told there by the company that it would be delivered the next day but I am a busy Dementia nurse who works shifts - so it would be 10 days before I could wait in again. Cancelled my order and awaiting a refund. Would not recommend this company.....the reviews speak for them!

   Does not deliver as overnight. Fresh produce was delayed by 3 days, it was improperly stores (not refrigerated), opened at the warehouse (why?), and then delivered spoiled with noticeable foul smell coming from the parcels. The driver just dropped it at the door and drove off without caring. Customer service is non-existent. Avoid by all possible means. Their service is cheap for a reason, chances are you will end up paying twice. PS they obviously do not care about their reviews....
