Hermes are rubbish. A couple of weeks ago they delivered a package from next, I was in but the doorbell wasn’t rung, the package was just thrown over my back gate. At the moment I’m waiting a delivery from Pets at Home, the parcel contains live plants for my fish tank. I’ve had notification Hermes have the parcel but no delivery date. If the plants are dead when or if I receive the parcel I will be seeking compensation. I’ve seen a report that Hermes often do not deliver parcels, they keep them for a while then sell them to other people. So if you are missing anything you have ordered, you can go to their warehouse and they will sell your package to you rather than give you what is already yours.
