The delivery driver stole my item and Evri customer service did not help.. Not for this location but I'm posting the driver picture everywhere.
Absolutely diabolical place. Stood at the post office counter for 15 minutes waiting for them to stop ignoring me, I had to walk out. New staff and they’re even worse than the last ones. Didn’t even say a word, just carried on writing something and not serving anyone. The queue ended up 6 people long and still no acknowledgement or apology for the wait. Rude. I’m not going to this dump ever again
Evri messes up your deliveries and no one is held accountable. They also have no customer service so you’re left in their mercy. They can deliver your parcel whenever they want regardless of your status of delivery (i.e. next day delivery) and will not apologise. Very poor. Do not recommend.
Took my parcel charged me 27£ never delivered it as too big evri are worst courier company
