   I was expecting a delivery from Three thru DPD the driver said that he missed us and put up a picture with a door that is not our main entrance door to the block of flats where the driver should’ve make the delivery. Last year we ordered a cake from Patisserie Valerie and another driver left the cake in front of the main entrance door where, and this happened in two consecutive years. You should close business if you’re not able to get a hold of your drivers, Three should change they delivery company and deliver the phones and stuff to the place where the customer made an order, simple as that

   Awful service! Have a issue? Talk to our bots, they will drive you mad untill you give up.. don't worry you will have plenty of time to sit around waiting for us not to turn up to stew on it. You may get a photo of a completely different address every now and then to prove we are trying.. honest

   Impossible to get ahold of. Was told par el would be delivered to our local collection point yesterday but it never was. Still says it's ready to deliver in tracking. Called which again said ready to deliver but impossible to get through to an actual person. Email, no reply and chat bot just tells me ready to deliver. Great. When??? Originally should have been with us four days ago! The app tells me nothing extra and I've lost the will tbh.

We will do it today Received slot = 0 parcel. Looking forward repeating day 2 on day 3 tomorrow.

   Zero stars is what you deserve, not one! I always thought that other delivery companies are rubbish, but all of them are super stars compared to DPD. One parcel left behind bins, not in a safe place which I set with DPD months and months ago! No card left, and two days later, no parcel behind bins too. We had no idea that driver left it behind rubbish bin, but clearly someone else found it. Now other parcel delivered smashed to pieces! First day waiting at home specially for this delivery and getting in the end message that driver missed us! Next day parcel delivered damaged. Your company and your drivers are absolute joke! At least I know where useless people are employed….

   *****UPDATE - I drove to the warehouse in dartford, and they gave me the number of the driver who let me meet him on the last delivery of the day. I shouldnt have had to go through this process, but DPD need to improve their services. Thank you Gary! Worst parcel delivery service. I am going away, and they have missed my delivery twice. The first time they uploaded a photo of the wrong address, and the second attempt the delivery driver didnt even ring the door bell. Furthermore I specifically wrote instructions of my property, to leave the parcel at my safe place (twice) and to call if there were any issues. They really do make life harder for themselves and do not read the comms. There is no communication, and the tracking on the app is useless. Avoid at all costs.

   Should be no stars but can't leave a review with less than one. Notified my parcel woulld be delivered on a Friday which I couldn't make. Asked for it to be dropped off at local post office. Get an email saying it was there to be picked up and given a QR code on Sunday. Now Tuesday, take time out to pick up. Stand in a queue for 20 minutes and then another 10 minutes whilst the counter staff look for it. Not there! Contact DPD and told it is at the depot awaiting for another delivery date. Advice to suppliers. DO NOT USE DPD. At least Royal Mail get it right

   Not only getting worse and worse everyday but they are becoming great liars too! keep failing to come for the collection and the drivers send a message nothing to collect, twice in 3 days, liars!!

   DPD is the worst courier company ever! They send texts saying they will deliver to neighbours - no - my neighbours steal my parcels - they won’t deliver to my saved safe place or change this option on some occasions. Or they randomly deliver parcels to off licences, laptop shops - what if I had no car or was old and disabled… I went to collect my parcel which should have been delivered 2 days ago. Although tracking said I could collect from depot and the car park had parking for collections, I was told I couldn’t collect my parcel as there were too many to look through and the place was a mess. Seriously!! Do not use these people. I’ve lost my purchase before because where they had dropped it off at, I couldn’t get to before closing time as I work. You can’t ever phone DPD. They have no right to deliver your purchases to wherever THEY want!!!

   My wife and I decided to take new phones because the old ones were barely working. Three network sent 3 brand new mobile phones to the whole family by the next day delivery. I had to take a day off unpaid leave to collect the package. Of course, I received all the necessary information from DPD about what date the package will be delivered and the ability to track the courier's progress. The courier has arrived at the appointed time and starts looking for the shipment on the back of the Truck. When I told him that there should be 3 mobile phones in the package, he immediately replied: his supervisor did not let him take my parcel because, according to DPD regulations, as many as 3 handsets cannot be delivered to the same address. Then he called his manager in Lithuanian language and then announced that "sorry man" the package will be delivered tomorrow. Well, I am waiting and I wonder how DPD did not inform the "Three" network that their regulations do not allow for the delivery of 3 phones to one address at the stage of accepting the parcel from the "Three" network and whether these 3 phones will ever be delivered to me. This is not my first Wrestling with DPD and not the last one after customer ratings. Update: Please note, your driver is unable to leave this item safe. This information is shown now in link with tracking information. OBVIOUS LIES.
