The worst service you can get, honestly. It’s never open. On site says open till 12:00 but it’s not I even went there at 9:30am and still closed. Stop confusing people. Will never use Royal Mail service again. Horrible service, horrible company
Your website says until 12:00, but in fact it’s until 10:00, only on Saturday until 12:00, change your working hours, don’t mislead people.
Starting to experience problems with this sorting office, sometimes parcels arrive and now two occassions parcels have been held up at the sorting office and they are only open for 2 hours in the morning which is ridiculous. It says my parcel is pending and being held at the post office, it doesn't say I can even collect it.. it's been more than 48 hours in working days and still nothing, other royal mail parcels have arrived before this in this week. Edit: Just received a card that the sender hasn't paid the full postage and the fee to pay website isn't even working when it reaches being able to select payment options.. now I will have to go to the delivery office itself.
Never open, never helpful. Had a jobs worth not allow me to get my parcel because my drivers licence was out of date by a month. Royal mail needs shutting down and replaced with parcel lockers instead. At least this will be useful instead of a load of Royal Rubbish rushing their rounds just to get back and have a chin wag and smoke fag's with eachother. The UK's most unreliable delivery service.
I was defrauded by an eBay buyer abusing the eBay return process & the team at this delivery office were brilliant in assisting me to track down where the return parcel ended up. In particular Joe was incredibly helpful as was our postie Mark. Thanks guys.
It used to be better, but now, I would prefer it to be closed for good. Stupid. It's the worst opening times, as someone else said most of us work in that time frame, so it's impossible to collect your parcel. Asked for redelivery to neighbour next door, and they probably haven't bothered to read and leave it there, another 2 days lost... I would prefer they close the post office instead of this.. One star is too much
I've come to collect my order but this time they didn't have it and told me the postman would deliver my parcel the next day which never ended up happening as they couldn't track it on their system. I had to find my parcel myself after a lot of struggle.
In my 30 months experience with this branch I can't remember when it was working in the hours supposed to work. Even if Web site says it is open , still 50/50 chance it's closed. One star still too much. Sorry, it is how it is.
Only one star because you can’t give anything lower. The opening hours are pathetic. Just because they’re all part time workers they expect the rest of the world to adhere to their timetable. The sooner this place shuts down the better. The one at crow lane is open till 7pm most evenings so if you work full time (you know, like most of the population) you’ve got a chance of getting your mail.
Disable to deliver item in time, imposible to collect, managment with zero education. When you didnt care about they excuses then coming threats.
