   Great service from the first contact right through to the completion of the job. First call to book in for a survey was with Angela who was extremely helpful and friendly. Jon came out to survey the property and look at the issues I had with water ingress to my basement. He very quickly worked out what the problem was and more importantly how to address it. Received my quote shortly afterwards which I was happy with. I couldn’t book in right away due to personal circumstances but there was no pressure whatsoever from JDN. Work commenced in November which we thought would be around two weeks but after running into unexpected amounts of clay to be removed it held the job back a week or so. This was no problem to the team, they just got stuck in to get it done. Absolutely delighted with the job and the way it was handled. Thanks to Jon for putting up with all my stupid questions and his hard graft. Thanks also to Marie and Robbie for their hard graft and getting the job done. Would highly recommend JDN for any work. Also big shout out to wee Rolo.

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome that set the tone for the day. The space itself was spotless, well-prepared, and offered the perfect balance of professionalism and comfort. One of the things we appreciated most was the privacy—we were able to get on with our agenda and team activities without any interruptions, which made the day run smoothly and productively.    We recently had damp proofing work carried out in our home. The process went smoothly from start to finish. Jon explained the work required and issued a quotation for the work. The work was carried out at a time that was convenient for ourselves. Aidan completed the work in one day and did a great job. He also took time to ensure our furniture etc. was protected and cleared up afterwards. Communication from Angela in the office throughout the process was excellent. We were also issued with a 30yr guarantee for the works. We would highly recommend JDN Property Services. Thank you.

   From the beginning, JDN provided honest and reliable service. When our ceiling unfortunately collapsed after months of a leak, they responded quickly with a temporary fix that gave us peace of mind just before we went abroad to get married.    The initial inspection of the problem area was carried out at the time stated and a report and cost quotation followed within a few days. Having agreed the cost, we were given a start date and time and received a phone call 30 minutes ahead of the arrival time confirming they were on their way. All work was carried out very efficiently and to a high standard and all mess was cleaned up and removed at the completion of the job. Can't praise the workmen, and also the office staff, highly enough for their manners and efficiency and in a time when workmen let you down without any hesitation it was a refreshinhg experience to deal with a Company which has the customer firmly to the fore of their focus. Great job by an excellent company and can highly recommend. Will definitely use in any future work required on the house. Thank you JDN

   I am disabled and live on my own and was horrified to see what I thought was woodworm in my bedside cabinet.. After contacting numerous different companies (none of who helped me), I contact Jon and he was so helpful on the phone and arranged to come out that afternoon, which was a public holiday, and inspect my furniture. Jon was so professional and brought his 'kit' with him to do a thorough inspection. He then reassured me that it was not active woodworm and just the natural drying out of the wood. He showed me various photos of what it would look like if it was; and the different types of beetles that attack furniture. He took time, explaining everything to me (I was pretty anxious about this 'woodworm') and completely put my mind at ease when he confirmed there was nothing there. To add to the honesty, integrity and sheer trustworthiness of Jon and his company, he didn't charge me a single penny, even though I live in south Edinburgh which is a good distance from where he is based. A refreshing act in times when some folk charge for fictitious work! I cannot recommend this company enough. You would be guaranteed an honest estimate and an exceptionally professional job done by Jon and his company. Cannot thank him enough. Linda

   I contacted the team about a long running problem with damp in my home. Jon came out initially to inspect the property and discuss options. I was impressed with his knowledge and I instructed him to undertake the required work. The team arrived promptly, as arranged, and carried out all work to a very high standard and at a very competitive price.    Jon and his team carried out some essential roof work for us, everything very professional from start to finish, especially under covid circumstances. Work carried out to high standard, team were great, used equipment to keep our house clean and left looking like you wouldn't of know they were here. Very pleasant and polite too, arrived on time and got the job finished in no time. Very difficult to find good workmanship, very pleased with the job. Price was very good too, we would highly recommend Jon and his team/company should you be looking for a good reliable contractor.

   Asked Jon to skim coat one of our bedroom walls and he sent one of his guys (Matthew) up who done a fantastic job. Whole room was done within a few hours, and the finish was so smooth it was like running your hand over a glass window. I've already got Jon & his team booked in again to do more plastering work in our livingroom and hall. Highly recommended.
