    When I went to return a parcel today, shop is closed. But the open hours is mentioned as 8:00 to 12:00

    What about this for a concept: You open up a shop & you display the correct opening and closing time. Rushed home from work to make sure I sent off an important parcel… at half 4. According to Google & Evri… still open.

    Evri delivery is missing not even once from this shop. Few times dropped my parcels , they never collected from the shop and god knows where are they . Be careful when posting
