   DON’T EVEN THINK OF CALLING THEM!!!! -When I called them to book for a service in Barnsley, I asked them multiple times to confirm that I was going to be paying for both their moving and removing services as I had some stuff to be removed from my house as well along with moving my things to the new house. I didn’t know that it was a pre-paid service and they asked me to pay the full amount of 300£ for the entire service but did not even give me a confirmation email or text with regard to the same. -On the day of service, two of their men arrived and refused to remove any of the stuff that we originally asked them to remove when we booked. They said that they “needed a license to remove” which they “didn’t have” apparently. Yes I know it’s true as they do need a license to take a big van inside the recycling place. But as movers they need to know this already and why the hell did they ask us to pay for that service if they knew they couldn’t do it!! And there was a major miscommunication between the person who I talked to on the phone and those two men who came. When I called them again to inform them about what these men had told us about the removal, the man on the phone asked me to talk to the “driver” and pay extra for the removal. And when I told the men about what’s been said on the phone, they refused again. They made me pay an extra 160£ for just the removal service which the same men eventually did (for which they suddenly got the “license” like magic!!!). -I have never seen such reckless behaviour from people before. Not only did they handle all of our stuff in such a bad manner, they even left so many dents and scratches on our stuff especially the fridge. I had packed most of my stuff like books which I value the most in such a careful manner that it actually brought tears to my eyes when I saw the way in which those boxes were handled. Every box was held upside down and they behaved as if they have no clue about how to move stuff. -One of the men had no sense of personal space either that we actually felt unsafe around them being in our house and didn’t feel like we could trust them with our stuff. -There are scratches and dirty smudge marks in all the areas that they have touched including the walls of both houses and most of our stuff. They even refused to move certain stuff including our big TV by saying that it will break and even refused to unplug all our appliances before taking them. What kind of moving service is this if they can’t really do anything!!!! They also “dumped” all our stuff on our living room floor in the new house without any sense of responsibility or consideration for the service they were providing to a customer. So to conclude, we paid 460£ in total for just the van and 2 men who gave us a horrible “service” to move our stuff between 2 houses that are just 5 minutes away from each other. We feel cheated and still can’t get over this!!!!
