Absolutely awful. Paid for a pre Christmas delivery, waited all morning- the driver arrives and within 20seconds of stepping into my drive he rings the bell and he runs back in the car. By the time I got to the door he had left!! Their phone line keeps wanting to reschedule my delivery - unable to speak to anyone. Chat service is also unhelpful and canβt even confirm basics like when I can pick up from the depot. Disgusting customer service. Incompetent agents and bad drivers. Express delivery or express run to the door and back in the van!

What an absolute con literally committing fraud, had absolutely no intention of delivering my parcel. First time it was to be dropped I rearranged a date that came no delivery ,the next day after contacting them which was a nightmare my parcel was to be dropped but still no delivery. Their contact said it had been put on two successive buckles only to be removed in the end I went and picked it up. Their staff members excuse when asked why they claim to be a delivery company and break their contract with sellers is their lack of drivers. Iβd rather get a job as a boiler man on the new titanic than use this fraud of a company.

Very Poor Service β Extremely Disappointed I had a delivery scheduled with a time slot between 14:00 and 15:30, and I was actively tracking the parcel. At 14:10, the tracking status suddenly changed to "not delivered β consignee not available." This is completely untrue. I was at home the entire time, waiting for the delivery, especially since it was an important documentβmy passport. There was no knock at the door, no ring of the doorbell, no message, and no missed delivery card left behind. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the driver had been there and even took a photo of our doorβbut I received no such evidence, and nothing was provided to verify this. In the end, I had to make the inconvenient trip all the way to Edisons Park in Dartford to collect the parcel myself. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for something as sensitive and time-critical as a passport delivery.

You are only able to choose a few days of the week for it to be delivered and they will allocate you a time slot. But you're unable to change the time slot of make any requests (such as it to be left with neighbours) because if you call you speak to an automated system and the automated chat bot is unsophisticated and less help than the telephone one. Has anyone, who isn't a business (and therefore home during work hours), actually received their parcel?

Having read the reviews, I was really concerned about using this courier service for the collection and return of my husbandβs passport to the US Embassy in London. But as their only courier service it was a decision taken out of my hands. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The passport arrived at the Embassy when stated it should be. On return delivery, it arrived within 1 business day. I was given a 2 hour time slot and it arrived within this time. Overall, very happy with service. Thank you.

Please take the 1 star out, too. I was told my parcel was undelivered!!! But I was home, the doorbell didn't even ring! Tomorrow I will wait by then gates to see if they really attempt to deliver. And why doesn't anyone read the instructions clearly or call me on my mobile? Horrible. Not customer friendly at all. Oh and the chat function was unable to offer a solution and wasn't the most friendly! I wonder when will I receive my official documents? Please avoid them if you can.

Update added at the end of my review... I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered everyday from 7am to 9pm from Monday, today is Thursday and still no delivery. No calls, no update, false information about leaving calling card when no one turns up. Paid 20Β£ for this delivery and there is no customer service. Online chat never works, no one answers the phone, it's always automated. Such a poor service, it's so disappointing and stressful. Playing with people's time, emotions and important documents. Please resolve this ASAP. Or just let me come and get my parcel. Update - Finally I had to go to the depot and pick up my parcel before it was sent back. No apologies from anyone. In return, they asked me how come I came by to pick up the parcel and not wait for delivery... Sigh!!!

Worst delivery ever, I was expecting 2:35-4:35 yesterday and nothing arrived after waiting on my door step all day for it, apparently it was attempted to be delivered, at 4:50 (out of the time slot but I under stand you can be delayed) BUT, I was at my doorstep on these times and didnβt see no DX driver, I called up and they promised me 10:30 am next day so I wait, 10:30 am next day and still no parcel so I call up, after waiting 1 hour to get through to them the man said itβs a possibility that his running late, puts me on hold then comes back and tells me itβs not left the depo, he then told me he can get it out for Monday which is 2 days, (this is a car part and the car canβt run without it) so off I go to DX to go collect it Will never be using this company again, terrible service, I understand why you dont see many of there vans about now

Absolutely awful service. Waited in for delivery at given time, no delivery arrived. Checked online tracking number, stated they had tried to deliver item and left an advice card. Didnβt receive card. Phone company, they lied about attempting delivery, claiming they had taken a photograph of my property, which they were unwilling to share with me. Shocking company, awful customer service, avoid at all cost! They have now sent me a picture of a random block of flats and informed me that itβs my property!! Absolute shambles of a company!!!
