I am not sure why they still allowed to fullish people! Twice i supposed to have delivery from them NEVER HAPPENED! There driver leave the card with none at home even when you at home and waiting for your delivery! Costumer service is rubish no help whoever by law this company should NOT EXIST!! Is a joke , a scam , a fraud!!!!

I handed a parcel to my local post office on 23/9 and due to the only stickers available it went global economy to USA. I rang a total of 4 times to be continually fobbed off by telling me as wasn't picked up from post office until 3/10 until my second call and on fourth call that none of the others had even been logged. Safe to say still hasn't arrived and now 25/11. Just to make me laugh didn't risk parcel force for Christmas parcel and using ups who even collected from my house on Monday 18/11 paying a similar amount of Β£40 it arrived on Thursday 21/11. Safe to say if the birthday parcel arrives this year it will be a miracle. Got response today 27 November 2024 Please accept my apologies for any concern this delivery may be causing. Horrible! Terrible! Unprofessional! Confused Staff! My package has been at their national Hub since 8th Dec. I have called their customer service team 3 times. 1st time the customer service rep told me to collect the item at their Sutton warehouse- he said it is there as per their system . I drove 1hr to get it but only to find that it was NOT there. So I call them 2nd time and they told me item is still in the Hub and that it was never at the warehouse - mind you their customer service rep said it was there. I got angry and demanded to speak to their manager. She calls me back and promised that she is on top of things and that the item will be delivered to me in 2 days- she actually promised that. But of course, nothing came. Today I call the 3rd time and they say the item is at the hub and that even though I asked them to send messages to the Hub in the past 2 calls, no one, even the manager never sent that message to the hub. You see how unprofessional they are saying that they do stuff but they don't. I still do not have my package, they have ruined my Christmas and mood. I can't believe people can be so unprofessional. I just can't this is the worst experience of my life and I am old! I have asked for the manager to call me back again today, still no one has. At this point i just give up. Wish there is an option to put -10 rating... because I see that no one there knows what they are doing

Customer received the parcel I send to find it completely smashed inside the box despite adequate packaging and lots of "Fragile" tape around the box. Now I can't get hold of parcel force for compensation.

Your CO2 print is wasting our Earth? Why don't drivers call customers ? Instead they drive off and leave a paper note. Redeliveries waste time and helps to add much more CO2 to the environment. I guess it generates more work for the driver? Not efficient, clumsy and a poor man service atm. Thanks

Rubbish!!! Meant to deliver a parcel today, apparently they have tried and left a card. Complete lie!!! Iβve checked all my cameras no delivery at all just like no card!!!! I pay to get 24 hour delivery and till not here 3 days later
