    It has been 8 days since Yodel were supposed to deliver my Christmas presents and still nothing. This afternoon I received an email from Yodel customer service saying that they contacted the depot regarding my lost/late parcel and that the depot did not respond to them within a certain timeframe so now I have to get back in touch with Very.co.uk to find a way to resolve this. Very.co.uk are know for awful customer service so I am absolutely disgusted by Yodel. Your drivers steal from innocent people without a care in the world. If my parcel JD0002210765448655 isn’t delivered by Tuesday the 30th of December, I will be contacting the police and filing a theft report.

    Appalling service. Repeatedly had deliveries not delivered because they need more address information customer services just tell me to keep waiting then they just tell me to go back to the sender. My property isn't hidden and I have even had days expecting 2 packages with 1 arriving and the 2nd needing more details about the location. Avoid at all costs.

    Delayed delivery, parcel not received, and the courier is blaming incorrect contact information and claiming that no one was available to receive the package. The delivery has been delayed for many consecutive days, and at the moment I have no idea where my parcel is.

    This delivery company is a complete disaster! It would be faster and more reliable to send a package by carrier pigeons. Their call center is staffed with people who barely speak English and only repeat scripted phrases. When you ask them to answer a specific question, they just hang up. Avoid this cheap and unreliable service if you want to save your nerves.

    On 19 July 2025, I was notified by eBay that my order (worth £239.99) had been “delivered” via Yodel. But I never received anything. I live in a 9-floor apartment block with over 50 flats. My flat (no. 30) is on the 6th floor. The Yodel driver rang my intercom from the ground floor, and I buzzed him in. I even told him my flat was upstairs—then waited by my door. But no one came. Instead, I got an email saying the parcel was delivered. I immediately checked the building, but there was nothing at my door or on my floor. The seller later sent eBay two attachments: - The image of the apartment complex confirms that it is not a house. - A photo of the parcel dumped on the ground floor, next to a utility cabinet—in an unsecured area accessible to anyone. This evidence was somehow accepted as “proof of delivery.” I explained to eBay that: - I never received the item. - No one attempted to deliver to me. - Leaving a parcel in a shared hallway is not secure delivery. Yet, eBay closed the case in favour of the seller. So here I am: - £239.99 lost - No parcel - No refund - No one accountable Yodel failed to deliver securely. eBay failed to protect the buyer. This is a total breakdown of customer service and delivery ethics. Buyers beware: a parcel on the floor = delivered now. Think twice before placing high-value orders on eBay or using Yodel.

    Ridiculous service! I'm due to travel soon and ordered pet food. I was waiting for the delivery, when it was scheduled. The driver never showed up, but supposedly attempted to deliver my parcel. They never did! I called yodel as soon as I got the messaged that "they attempted delivery". I explained the situation and they re-assured me that it would be delivered the next day. The next day (ie today), I didn't hear anything from them. At 1pm, I'm getting worried. The website, has no tracking information. It says delivery date unavailable. I contact yodel again. For 1h I'm trying to explain to the person I'm talking to, that I need the parcel delivered today, because I'm going away!! They eventually put me through to a manager and they say they emailed the depot and I should keep my eyes on the tracking page. It's now 6pm. I have had no delivery and the website shows no tracking information. I tried to call, but the call number is just a bot!! What a joke of a service. The website doesn't provide information about the depot either. I'm going to complaint to Zooplus. I've never had an issue with Evri. Update: day 4 morning. I spent countless hours on the webchat. Still no sign of the parcel or any information regarding delivery. Spectacular failure! I cancelled my order with zooplus and will now need to get food from the shops, the day before travelling! It's also completely pointless to even try to communicate with them.The best customer service or social media escallation can do is send an email to the depot and then you have to cross all your fingers that they will read it! Completely useless service. I hope noone that needs pet food / medications ever has to use them.

    This company need to be taken to court and shut down! Clearly cannot deliver the service they state and quiet frankly all staff seem to be incapable of doing their jobs. Everytime a parcel is coming through this courier it's miraculously lost, your drivers are straight up theifs no question about it. Legally you cannot sell a service and not provide what you have stated, which is what this company is doing. Fuming is an understatement

    Why do I have to leave one star? Should be an option for zero stars. Appalling company. I ordered my item with premium next day delivery that was an outfit to go out in. On day one I got an allocated delivery slot so waited in during these times only to get a ‘sorry we couldn’t deliver today’ notice. Luckily it was the next day I was going out so got another allocated delivery slot and waited in for this to only get the same message. Given now I needed the outfit on this day I changed it to collect from depot only to be told I had to wait 3 days to collect. A total shambles. I’ve always tried to avoid Yodel as much as possible but unfortunately the third party seller uses them. I honestly don’t know why companies use these.

    I live on the third floor. My building has a lift and a staircase. My order came in a large box and the delivery guy called me up to ask him to help him carry it in as he did not have his trolley. No problem I thought. I got out of bed, threw some clothes on and rushed downstairs only to find that I had missed him and he had dragged the package on the ground all the way to my front door. I appreciate him calling me first and the fact that in the end I got my delivery but dragging it along the floor ruined the box and the item inside.
