   Just useless. They have cancelled my ikea order many times with excuses that are not true. Ikea cannot get hold of them and when i call wicanton cannot comment on ikea deliveries Who is going to pay the salaries i loose for being home waiting for wincanton?

   Ordered some items via Wickes and was promised next day delivery and a call from the driver when e route. Was given a four hour window the evening before the delivery between 1200-1600. At just after 4pm I decided to take a look outside made my way down to the communal area on the ground floor where I found my items dumped next to the lift. Luckily I was able to retrieve them but wasn’t very happy and am now not happy about ordering anything else from Wickes if this is going to happen again.

   Worked for Wincanton Purfleet on behalf of a agency last year this place treats agency workers Really Bad I worked as a porter delivering flat packs got to our first customer in London double Red lines couldn't hang around too long only to discover our 7.5 tonne lorry was loaded up incorrectly with the first to come offs at the front of the lorry and not the back we phone the office only to be told to take it up the road to sort it I meen tonnes worth of flat packs to arrange on side of the Rd in London in the peeing down rain anyway returned to depot only to be told by the general manager that me and another agency worker is to pull all stock from the lorry rearrange it and go out and deliver whilst warehouse staff stood there watching and laughing due to failing to do this we was sacked cos the general manager didn't like the tone in which I was speaking to him absolute disgrace of a company avoid working here there a joke.

   The worse delivery service ever. Dwell use them for delivery service. Late non responsive when you phone to find out where order is and then the delivery drivers. It’s an experience considering the price you pay for goods at dwell

   Beware that delivery men (Matt and Trevor) refused to wear face masks when entering a home indoors during Covid 19, extremely unprofessional. Seriously considering ordering anything in the future again from West Elm due to their choice of courier company.

   Awful two bully boy drivers who threatened me with the police as they insisted on collecting an item during covid 19 unfortunately west elm only use them so I have to ensure I change drivers now!
