This firm was recommended to me a few years ago and fixed a problem with my mum's Sky dish then. Yesterday she had a complete loss of satellite signal. It was about 4:30pm when I contacted Mr. Reid. He was very professional and helpful, suggesting an approach which might resolve matters. When that didn't work, he said he would arrive around 10am this morning. He arrived promptly, diagnosed and resolved the problem swiftly and for a very fair price. My mum is delighted. Very highly recommended!
Called into the business to describe a problem we were experiencing after installing Apple TV. We were told to expect a visit the following day. True to their word arrived next day and in 15 minutes had installed a new aerial and had everything working beautifully.
My Sony tv stopped working. Called up and discussed what was happening when switching on. They gave me a rough idea of what they thought it may be and rough costs involved over the phone. I asked if I could drop it off but they were just leaving to fit an aerial near me. I asked if possible could i drop the tv at there job site which would actually be closer to me. They kindly obliged. The next morning called to say they had repaired fault and had been running it all the previous afternoon to check and it was ready to go. They were doing a job close to my home and offered to bring it back for me. When they arrived they even mounted it back on the wall and verified it was working in front of me. All came in at exactly the price they said it would. Hopefully get another 13 yrs out of it now... great service, will be using again if needed.
Tv suddenly stopped working. I found Reid Repairs from a google search. When I called up the person with whom I spoke was very knowledgeable and professional. Within a few hours my tv was collected and in no time at all i received a call to say he has found the fault and recommended a part, quoting a very reasonable price. Where I expected the tv to be away for days, I quite literally received it within a day - delivered, set up and working perfectly. Would honestly recommend this business - it’s how great Customer Service should be.
