   Not my first time dealing with the place but my first having work done. I can only say I was extremely please with everything, from first contact to job done. They were friendly efficient and timely in completion of the work at the agreed cost. They even called me back in a timely fashion, something I don't often experience despite the usual promises to do so. The work quality I can't fault either so a very rare for me 5 stars

   I can highly recommend Swinton for any work you need done on a your motorhome. Just got my Elddis back from having minor bodywork replaced that I dunched. Returned in only 3 days! 1st Class Job - you can't tell bits of skirt and mudguard have been replaced. They also in the past have done habitation check, chassis annual service and even MOT. Very professional outfit. Thanks Mike

   Very negative experience – I do not recommend this company We rented a motorhome from this company and took out the full insurance policy with a £2000 excess per incident. During the trip, we had three minor issues, one of which was simply a piece of plastic that came loose from the side mirror. The company charged us two full £2000 excesses. In one case, the repair cost was higher than the excess, so we understand losing that amount. However, the other two damages were estimated at £521.84 in total, so we should have received a £1478.16 refund, which we have not received even after a long time. They also told us that the £2000 payment is independent of the actual repair cost, meaning that even for a small scratch you’ll be charged the full excess. In addition, they mentioned “indirect costs” without providing any invoices or breakdown. Another issue is that the same company that rents the motorhomes also carries out the repairs, which raises concerns about transparency in pricing. In summary, my experience has been very poor. I do not recommend this company – the damages were minimal, but the way they handled the situation was unfair and unprofessional. If you want to avoid problems and losing money, look elsewhere to rent your motorhome.

   Terrific service, professional and extremely helpful. Our fridge decided not to work, just before we headed off on a trip to the EU. It was a Saturday morning and when we called were told to bring the van along and they’d have a look. Martin was great on the phone and the chap who fixed the van was excellent (sorry, didn’t catch his name). We will definitely be back for future services. Thank you

   I used the motorhome centres services to mend a leak in the roof of my motorhome. I was able to specify exactly what work I needed doing and was quoted for the work. I wished to complete some of the renovation myself and I felt no pressure from them to engage them for more work than I was able to afford. Very detailed and upfront estimates of work - highly detailed. The work itself was carried out to the very highest standards and I was sent dozens of photos along the way to ensure I was happy with the progress. Communication via email was always prompt and clear. On collection of my van I was able to fully inspect it prior to paying and they had even cleaned up beautifully inside the van. The actually did more work than I was expecting and gave me very little to do to complete the work myself. Friendly staff and no respectful dealings with me as a woman. Very reasonable price for the work carried out and my van is now watertight and looks grand. I could not recommend this company enough, which is rare nowadays. Highly highly recommended. Will certainly be back should I need any renovations done on this or any other vans. Thank you David and the team.

After I was left with a poorly installed and therefore leaky roof light by a shoddy converter, Alan and his team did a fantastic job at fitting a new roof light - in the right size and at very short notice - which I am confident will not leak!
