    I elected to have my parcel delivered to the local sorting office for me to collect, little did I know that the office was only open from 08:00 until 10:00 2hrs, it used to be open in the afternoon as well but not now for some reason. This caused me so problems due to me morning commitments. My problem is that they keep changing opening hrs and you only find out when you turn up to a closed pickup office. So can't rate this service above 3stars at a pinch.

    If I've missed a delivery because I work during the day how am I going to get it with these opening times? I guess I'll see you on Saturday (if you decide to actually open)

    They are open whenever they feel like being open. Do not trust any opening times you see anywhere. Tried to pick up a parcel on 4 seperate days at different times - each time they were closed. Absolutely ridiculous. Does this place EVER open?

    Never open when they are meant to be open. Went to pick up a parcel at 9am sat morning (open 8-12) and surprise surprise its shut... again.

    Not a good experience for me as I went to collect a parcel for my son. Very slow counter service with an already short opening time window I was told that my photo driving licence ID was insufficient as although my surname was the same I needed something with an address. Useless, how else could I have the failed delivery card which was posted through the letterbox.

    Rarely actually open when it's supposed to be, they've even taken the times off the sign outside the door. Don't trust times posted onGoogle map. They just open whenever they feel like it, which isn't very often

    The opening times of this office are a complete joke! They close at 1:00pm except on Wednesdays. How the hell am I supposed to collect an urgent parcel, when I work from 8 to 5!!!
