Phoned on Friday and appointment made for Monday between 9am and 1pm. Needed an oven repair and based on my description of the problem the lady I spoke to thought I needed a new element. Robert arrived just before 10am identified the problem, indeed a new element and repaired oven promptly and efficiently. He also identified that oven had initially not been fitted properly and added additional screws to secure it fully.I have no hesitation in recommending both this company and their employee. Excellent service at a fair price.

Phoned Sat afternoon and got an appointment for first thing Mon morning ,it was my shower switch that was needing replaced ,chap was very pleasant and did a great job and ,delighted with the service highly recomend
Had been told I would be visited in Blackwood “Monday morning, maybe early afternoon” which was ok. I called at 11am for an update. I was told they would be with me “some time after 2pm.” I guess if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have been told they were running late. I had to nip out in the car at 1.30 to get my son to sleep, I was back home by 2.05 and a business card was through my door. I called the number, it was engaged so got through at 2.10 to be told they had been there “just after 2”. When they called the repair man and called me back at 14.20 I was told they were the other end of Carluke so couldn’t come back today. Clearly they had arrived, by how quickly they were they were in Carluke it would have been before 2, and rather than call me they just left. Bad service and was offered the chance of another call out on Friday-4 days later. All could have been avoided with a phone call to let me know I was the next customer or a call to say they were at the door and I’d have been home in mins
