   Really unhappy and angry Feel like I have been taken advantage of. Charged £75 for being in my house less than 10 minutes. I asked twice if there was a call out charge and didn't get a reply. Of course Colin offers to supply, fit and get rid of old machine with the call out charge deducted, how predictable. This is clearly a way to ensure people are in a catch 22 situation and feel like they need to pay you for the call out then pay more for a new machine. There are plenty of services that come see jobs first and yes there may be a small call out fee but £75 is ridiculous. And yes Colin will say this is less than the going rate but does that really matter. Absolute disgrace and taking advantage of people.

   Dont waste your money trying to repair a machine with these guys. Just purchase a replacement appliance and save yourself the £55 call out charge. They were in my house 10 mins. Barely looked at the item and decided it needed replaced without completing any internal diagnostics or electrical wiring checks etc. Then tried to sell me a £500 Hotpoint dishwasher.

   Disgraceful service comes out to fix a washing machine, leaves the machine with a complete different coloured button to the colour of the machine and then takes payment and leaves at the machine isn’t actually fixed as claims and then proceeds to be absolutely no help and blocks numbers , disgraceful service quick enough to take money but can’t provide the correct and efficient service will take this further if money isn’t returned for you mistake and not providing the service you were out to do

   Phoned CMR repair as my washing machine wasn’t spinning & emptying. Colin could have told me i needed something I didn’t & charge me a call out charge. But he explained on the phone because its a new washing machine it has a sensor & the load may not be heavy enough to spin. Which was the case. As when i done a full load it’s working fine. Not very often you get tradesmen that are 100% honest. I couldn’t recommend this guy enough. So helpful on the phone & genuine & honest. Thanks again

   Colin called me back and arrived 15 minutes later. All repaired on the spot, new grill element and fan motor. Good as new within an hour. Thank you (P.S Sorry about the dogs barking practically the entire time! Ear defenders not included)

   Waited 2 days only to be told that he wouldn't be coming as he could tell me without looking at it that I needed a new washing machine. Got someone else who came out and fixed it for £70. Really cheeky manner. Would not recommend.
