Can you please contact me regarding the £150 I paid you to repair a Sony twin tape deck requiring new belts. You have had this cash and deck for 4 years. You have done nothing and I have visited, left multiple messages and notes and no contacts. Are you still trading? I see you have responded to reviews in the last 4 months.
I went there a couple of weeks ago to ask whether my Sony earbuds could get their inside batteries replaced, which was an easy task to do. I know the owner of JSL is a brilliant, experienced and talented technician so I was really disappointed when he told me he didn’t deal with headphones. I’m giving four stars because -I repeat myself- the guy is an excellent technician but I was really upset hearing what he said to me.
Took a record turntable here for some work to be done. A very knowledgeable guy, gave me some great advice which option to pick and has delivered in every aspect. I now have something that will outlast me. Great advice, great service, great guy - cannot recommend him enough!
Highly recommend Jim's work. My Arcam amp suddenly stopped working, diagnosed as faulty power regulator/transistors. All replaced at a very reasonable cost and working good as new. Also done a small soldering repair on a DAB/FM tuner separate.
First class job done by Jim repairing my sub woofer.Cannot recommend JSL high enough. Simply excellent.
Has my cd player for over 2 years yeah 2 years not months. Returned to me twice both times worse off than when I first sent it to him for a skipping issue. Now will not contact me and I cannot get my cd player back or my money so beware. You have been warned.
