    The staff were so helpful. I’m new to having my ‘own’ nails done. I’ve stopped biting them after 49 years and wanted something natural and so that my nails can continue to grow. Staff were knowledgeable and patient with me when I couldn’t make up my mind on a colour! Booked to go back for infills in a few weeks.

    Rude and uncommunicative throughout. They did shellac when I asked for simple acrylics, and therefore charged me more than I’d expected. The only vaguely redeeming quality was they look nice, but it’s not worth dealing with the awful customer service.
