   I have just witnessed an event which tells me everything about the "good" and the "bad" in our local community. I stopped by to purchase a cake and the loveliest of little lads were attempting to buy a few sweets and pop. They were anxious as the shopkeeper told them they could not have the items as the were "4 pence" YES 4 PENCE short!!. These lovely lads,aged about 6 and 7 were so incredibly polite and said "please wait and we will run home and get the coins". This shopkeeper should be absolutely thoroughly ashamed of himself. Just think of it were his own children. Such incredible selfishness. I will never go in there again and I would encourage other locals to not shop there. God help his own kids with a father like that. Pitiful. The lads were absolutely lovely - their parents must be so proud of them. PS Yes .....sure as a human being I paid the 4p for them....... just as I am sure any one else most surely would. The shop owner should be ashamed.... absolutely ashamed of himself

   Terrible attitude and if you call them they will hang up and refuse to take your call due to them scanning parcels wrong. Royal mail will be doing an inquiry on this shop due to many missing items.

   Similar experience on here to most people, rude and unhelpful. Don't see why they advertise as a parcel drop off point when they clearly don't want parcels. I was actually warned about here by someone before I went but thought it couldn't be that bad...it is!

   the woman and the young man are very nice and i love going to the shop when there at the till but the older man is so horrible! every time i walk in he is always so rude. when me and my friend walked in to get some snacks we were looking to see what the ingredients were because she is allergic to certain things and when we picked it up to look the man shouted at us! also the other day me and my 3 friends walked in and he said if your not buying leave (so my 2 friends left) then me and my other friend were looking around my friend was at the front looking at the sweets and I was at the back looking at the crisps I couldn’t decide which crisps i wanted so.i went round the corner and asked my friend which ones I should get and the man shouted “1 CUSTOMER IN THE SHOP AT A TIME OUT NOW!” and when my friend went to ask him how much the white chocolate was he kept not saying and ignoring her. It is a shop and I have been to this shop many times and there have been multiple customers but for some reason he has a problem with more than 1 this time which is ridiculous!! Also it’s a £5 limit on the card !!!!!!Wont be buying from him if he’s at the till

   Says open till 8:30pm online and physically says on shop till 9pm but never seems to be open til then, always shut 30 mins before. Absolute mockery when I’m running late and need something really quickly close to my house

   I had an awful experience with the shop owner who has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. He tried to turn away a couple of parcels I dropped off saying that they were 'too large' (which they weren't) and 'too heavy' (which they weren't) - even though I have dropped numerous parcels off there before which are the same shape and size and have had no problem. They are for a registered charity and the parcel bags are produced with Collect Plus, no they're not some random parcels I happen to be sending. It turns out that after a lovely lady scanned my parcels for me and put them in the back, he was simply grumbling that he didn't want the back of his shop filling up with parcels. Well... Don't be a Collect Plus point if you don't want parcels in your shop.

   The worst customer experience I have witnessed in a long time. No hello, please or thank you. Awful postal service for collect plus. Make you do all the work. Treat you like you are getting in the way. Even give you their rubbish to put in the bin. Very rude. Would never shop here again.

   Depending on the person that serves you is dependent on the service as some of them like to talk on the phone while serving customer they claim it’s for their safety however it’s got all you need for a quick shop

   Busy little local convenience store - open long hours. Acts as reception centre for Collect + parcels service which is very useful.
