   Honestly can't rate these guys highly enough. Turned up pretty much on spec this morning and my badly damaged windscreen was repaired quickly and professionally (other providers had wanted to replace the windscreen at considerably more cost). Staff were all just really nice people. I was even offered a cup of tea or coffee while I waited in reception as the work was done. Thank you so much National Windscreens Glasgow, you are all stars.

   Excellent service from National Windscreens. Pamela was brilliant she managed to get me a cancellation for my windscreen to be replaced meaning I didn't need to cancel a full day of work. I dropped my van off the day before and it was ready for 10am the next morning. Thank you so much for delivering a quick turn around, highly recommend!

   Just had my new windscreen fitted on my Mitsubishi l200 truck. I can honestly say from the initial phone call to Darren the service has been above and beyond. Allocated me a time to attend at Baillieston and i waited around 2 hours total for an immaculate job and service. Most of the staff have been working for this company for many years including the gentleman who fitted my windscreen who had been in the business for 30 years. Faultless and hassle free service even offered me 2 cups of coffee whilst in comfortable waiting area. I had recent nightmares with very poor service for auto glass , so National windscreens has been a breath of fresh air Kind Regards

   Company Van booked in for 2.00 pm Told to have a seat in the waiting room as I said I was waiting for the windscreen to be replaced. van not taken into workshop until 2.50 pm — long wait with no one telling me how long it normally takes eventually at 4.10 I asked about the van and was told another 10-15 mins — van came out of Workshop about 4.25 — I had to go to the counter to ask if it was ready I was given the keys and told that I would need to wait another 15 mins for the Windscreen to bond properly now 5.15 pm 3 and a half hours as I arrived in depot at 1.50 Absolutely No Concern or Communication with Customer all this time Disgusting Behaviour

   Superb and a VERY friendly service, they managed to supply and fit my new windscreen to my Scoda Enyaq having found the last one left in the country in under a week. Fantastic as I had been driving around for 5 months with a large crack waiting for Autoglass to fit one. Thank you Glasgow Depot.
