I can’t sing Jacqui’s praises high enough! I had bought a vintage Omega for my girlfriend’s Christmas. It wasn’t working. Jacqui told me it just needed winded and also gave it a clean for me. I will definetly be using the service again. 10/10 would highly recommend!
I contacted this company a week ago, looking to replace the batteries in my TAG watches. Jacqui was very responsive by message and told me what battery she would use; popped in today and they were both replaced and sealed within an hour, along with a guarantee whilst I had coffee. Excellent service - thank you !
Fantastic service! My watch clasp wouldn't stay closed. Handed the watch in at closing time and the following morning was able to pick it up straight away. Fast, reliable and very cost effective.
Jacqui skilfully brought my old G10 watch back to life by fitting a replacement crystal. Over the moon! So nice, patient and kind into the bargain too. We’re lucky to have a service like this locally, thank you.

Got keys cut, a couple didn't work but they recut new ones without any problems and they are fine. Not the 1st time using this place and it won't be the last
