Great, quick service as usual. Had currys out for a disconnect and connect but hey couldn't disconnect my machine as valve was stuck, faulty. Thankful i have used SM Heading & plumbing before so knew things would be in safe have and get sorted. Even better they are based in renfrew which is a bonus.
I spent 2 weeks trying to find a plumber. I was told they were too busy to take my job or did not return my call. I found SM heating and plumbing online. Happy to help me and arrived next day to assess the job. We agreed a price and the following day he returned to carry out the work. I highly recommend this company and will use again in the future. We had an emergency because of faulty work by other plumbers. We contacted SM heating as they were listed for emergency call outs. I spoke to the company and they informed me of the call-out cost. Then they said someone would be within 20 mins. Within 20 mins the plumber arrived and took information about the problem. He checked the system and identified 3 faults which were causing the flooding. He took pictures and video for evidence and the repaired all of the faults. He was polite careful and very competent. He wrote a report for our insurance company. Outstanding service from this company. We will be using them from no uniform all our plumbing and heating needs. 5 stars from us. Absolutely wonderful guy, came out last minute when a problem arose. He was punctual, polite, explained the process well and did a bang-up job on the system. Cannot recommend them enough, plus the price point was excellent for the services offered. Job even came with a warranty on his service. 10/10
Calling him at the beginning of December to fix my toilet flush, he told me that would come back in the next couple however he never showed up. Every time he always said would today and never come. I asked him to return my toilet part ( he took away in order to buy a new one), he did an apology and said he had already bought my new part and would come after new year! There was no surprise he didn’t come. We left a negative review then he started to contact us and came. The reason he came he just want us to delete the review! We deleted it then he just put my old part back in my toilet and of course it didn’t work. He told me that I needed to buy new part by myself( I just wondering he kept telling us he had got new part why I need to buy one by myself? So he just lied to us) and he kindly told us that if we could buy new part he would come to install for free. I went to Graham shop the staff told me that I don’t need to buy whole part just the bottom part! Then I called Salman come to help me install it to see it is work or not. The result can guess - no one come. He said would come today! Now it’s 22:03. I decided to give up! I don’t need him anymore!! I felt so stressed when I saw my toilet open for two months! ( because he didn’t want to return my part before I couldn’t find the other one to help me). I need to see a doctor to relieve my stress! This is the whole story!
I called at 9pm on a very cold night and I had an engineer repairing my boiler within half an hour. He was very friendly and professional and clearly very knowledgeable. I was so impressed by the fast response and it was excellent value for money. I would recommend the business to anyone and will use them in the future.
My boiler stopped working on the Friday, I called and within an few hour Salman arrived and identified the problem. Advised the a new boiler was required and this was arranged and fitted by the Tuesday. Very reasonably priced. Great service removing the old boiler and installing the new one. Will definitely use SM Heating & Plumbing Services again and recommend to others.
I just had my boiler fixed by Salman. He is really professional and trustworthy. The best thing that I liked was that he came in my house on Saturday twice and visited the third time on Monday, so it was a really quick and fast repair service, which enabled me to use the boiler perhaps only 3 days later after the breakdown.
