   Initially, I though the job they had done was great. That very quickly changed after I got home and noticed the wrap I had on my roof had been damaged. After contacting Boab, it was clear that the company were not going to own up to causing the damage and instead went on the defensive, blaming me, blaming the wrap and blaming the installer of the wrap. The damage is consistent with external force such as a pressure washer. When I went to collect the car, there was someone outside pressure washing and I was told my car had been washed also. After going back and forth with Boab I asked why, if they thought that my wrap was such poor quality why did no one contact me to advise me that the wrap may get damaged or fail, he replied that it's not his problem as it's not his car. This is the man running a company who are supposed to care for your car. I wouldn't take any vehicle to this business. AVOID at all costs.

   Never left a bad review before, but seems I was unlucky, because other people have left positive reviews for this company. Had my bumper replaced here after my car was reversed into. The paint colour on the bumper didn't match the original paint, and the paint had numerous bubbles & marks on it. Instead of admitting that it wasn't their finest work, and offering to rectify the situation, they tried to persuade me that there was nothing wrong with the paint. They claimed the colour was the same "under UV light", despite the fact I could see with my own eyes in sunny, shaded and cloudy lighting conditions that it didn't match. They also tried to hide the colour difference by moving my car into the artifical lighting of their garage where it was less noticable. G4 Claims got their engineer to look at the car, and he also agreed it was poor quality. After this experience I ended up taking my car to a different accident repair garage nearby, who resprayed the car. Despite the age of my car (and its paint), they were able to match the colour exactly, and the quality of the paintwork and service was much better.

   My van was damaged in a minor collision. Was getting new back door and bumper work. I was told to expect it away for 3 weeks. I got it back in just over 2 and the work was immaculate. Also the internal vallet was superb. Top job guys

   Took my car here on Tuesday so they could have a look at the damage to my driver door, booked the car in to get fixed on Wednesday and got it back today. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, professional and honest staff who don’t rip you off. Drivers door looks absolutely brand new as if there has never been any damage to it. Would highly recommend this place in the future to anyone who is in need of car body repairs. I will be back if ever needed.

   I required bumper, wing, door and back panel touch up was worries about the colour match has it was for an orange ST. No need to worry as match was perfect also got wheels refurbished and now they look like new again. Excellence service highly professional and staff were very helpful. I would have no problem using this company and highly recomend.

   Took my car in for paint and repair. The service I received was excellent and staff were very helpful. The repair work has been carried out to a high standard and price was excellent value. As a young female, you worry about being overcharged ect. This was not the case using Lanarkshire repair and paint shop and would highly recommend to others.
