   I can’t recommend these guys enough ! Ross who we dealt with was an absolute star ! His customer service, keeping us up to date with what was going on etc. AMAZING ! Had a gremlin with my car for a year, hindsight is a wonderful thing, but I should have went here first rather than anywhere else. Finally got a solution after spending thousands elsewhere, for £200. You may wait a week or 2 to get booked in, that’s why I didn’t go there first. But DO NOT make the same mistake I did. Thanks again for all your help !

   Dropped my A35 in for a B service, super quick, much cheaper than the dealership and I had it back by lunchtime. They let me know I had a bit of an oil leak and gave me timestamped photos to show to the dealership because the cylinder head had just been replaced under warranty 4 weeks prior. I got it into the dealership who got it sorted and said T.J. O'Neill's had probably saved my car from going up in flames by noticing it. Can't praise them enough for the service and I'll definitely be trusting them with my car again.

   All the 5* reviews these guys get are well deserved. Best independent Mercedes specialist in Glasgow. Exceptional quality of work & service, they really care. Used them for a few years now for servicing & various repairs & they’ve always exceeded expectations. Things you won’t get here are a fancy waiting area, coffee & your car washed. If these are important to you then by all means go to main dealer & pay 3x the price. For a highly competent, friendly, honest & fair priced garage use these guys.

   Got service done here. After 2000 miles got a message saying add engine oil. There is no oil leak. I went with the positive reviews and used here. When I called they said bring it in next week. This isn’t really acceptable. When I got the service carried out, I didn’t say, I’ll pay you next week. This place is too busy and maybe no engine oil was added when service was done. I am booking into Mercedes in Grangemouth and they will let me know if there was a service carried out and if there was engine oil replaced. Will cost a bit, but will update here when I get the outcome.

   Been bringing my E63 here now for a couple of years. Far cheaper than the main dealer for servicing but with the specialist Mercedes experience you want. Always get stuff done in time, completely up front about any work and never had any issues with them. Will continue to use them for all my maintenance needs.
