Fixed my Shark no problem! Had an issue with my shark vacuum so I took it into store to see if they fixed all types of machines. Staff were very helpful and had the machine back in perfect condition in no time!
My Dyson hoover was not working to its potential. Popped it in for a service. Picked it up yesterday and spoke to Ian. A very knowledgeable man told me exactly what they had done new filters new hose full strip down bleached clean brush bars immaculate…. I can’t believe how good a job they have done. The hoover looks brand new. It is nearly pulling the carpet of the floor with incredible suction. I would recommend everybody to support the independent shops. Served by a young lady who took my Dyson vacuum cleaner into the back while I waited, said battery was fine but motor was shot. Gave me a price of £119 (little steep I thought initially) and took my phone number. I said to go ahead and I would come in with money next day. Website says shop open 9.30am but opening hours on door say 9am. Showed up at 9.15 to see actual repair man opening up. The gent said that repair wouldn't be ready for a week and didn't the girl tell me but then found the cleaner with my name on ready to go. All in all lack of communication to customers and also to each other and conflicting information re opening hours...

Excellent service!! Visited today as my cordless dyson kept cutting out. Within half an hour it was fixed and at a very reasonable price too. I was given advice on why it had stopped working and how to use and care for the dyson to ensure it continues to work for years to come. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service, friendly staff, this was my first time using this shop after recommendation from a family member who has used them before. I put my dyson hoover in to get hoses replaced & have it serviced and it came back like a new within a week. I will highly recommend this shop for all repairs & servicing of hoovers to others.
