Was recommended to Glasgow Power Steering by another garage. My car needed a new Steering Rack. Phoned Monday to get a quote, which was provided over the phone, booked it in there and then for the Wednesday. Got a call on Wednesday afternoon to let me know my car was ready for collection. I couldn't get over to the garage until Thursday afternoon, which wasn't a problem for them. Paid my bill by bank transfer that night. Went over to collect my car and was literally in the office for 30 seconds. Such a smooth process from the first phone call to collecting my car. Will defo be using Glasgow Power Steering again. Friendly staff as well
Very impressed with this place. They clearly know their stuff. Dropped my car on the Sunday night for diagnostics but was fairly sure it needed a new rack. Had a phone call at 0830 the next morning confirming same and the car was ready to pick up by 1pm. Staff on the phone were friendly and helpful. Price was good for what it was the the new rack comes with a 12000 mile/ 12 month warranty. I really hope I don't need another steering rack, but if I do, this is the place. Great fast response from when I phoned to getting booked in. Dropped the car off in the morning told the diagnostic would take around 30 minutes, got the call saying the issue had been found and told how much it would be to resolve. Then left the car with them for an hour or two, got the call that it was finished, was unbelievable I had expected it to take a few days to fix. Some of the best fast, reliable service. Would definitely recommend too anyone with any issue to come here. The new parts also comes with a two year unlimited Mike warranty which is great and saves any worry if further issue. I'll definitely recommend anyone for some fast friendly service.
I don't give reviews often but i have decided as exception because John and his great are honest and reliable. John calls and provides regular update about the diagnosis and faults and charge you what you are due and not trying to rip you off unnecessary. I gave my car and they made heavy steering to light now so fixed the issue. 5 stars from me.
