   Can’t praise Steve highly enough - great service. Advised that fault on an existing set wasn’t repairable with no charge. We purchased a new TV which Steve fully installed for my elderly mum. Response time and communication were great and price was so reasonable. Would highly recommend.

   TV was taken away 3 times for the same issue and each time, I was informed it had been repaired yet within an hour of receiving it the same fault would occur. Parts I explicitly said to not replace until the primary issue I called up for was solved, were installed anyway At the end of it all, despite countless assurances, the TV 's critical fault was not repaired and I was charged £150 for unasked for replacements on a TV that is unusable.
