   10/10 service Been using this garage a while now Staff are excellent very helpful and attentive especially Kerry at reception. Prices are absolutely excellent. The work is always on point and they deal with any cars from supercars to normal. Definitely will always be using this garage as they deal with everything under one roof wich is so much easier.

   after spending £1000 on my car in this garage to fix it but they didn't sorted the problem on my car then l asked for diagnostic code to check what they are done it they didn't showed me so don't use them l had bad experiences with them

   Farhan and the staff have been wonderful, my car had the issue for ages and no other garages can fix the problem as I had my turbo replaced by someone and still other issues until handed it to MI Garage and Farhan solved it straight away on the same day and now the problem is gone. Special shoutout to Farhan, Kerry the receptionist and the team. Will be coming back again for sure! Rameez

   Went just under 2 weeks ago to get fault checked. Was told to book car in and will have a look and hopefully fix. Booked in 9am as instructed Dropped car off, staff member was smoking while booking in car Was told would be in touch soon as car was looked at Straight forward diagnosis of ball joint and ABS pump so would of expected a call within the hour and work carried out NO call. NO contact Showed up couple hours before closing. Was told ball joint and maybe ABS pump fault. No explanation of why no contact was made. Told work could not be done and couldn't source part Asked to leave car ?????? Front staff was absolutely cluless and obviously had no understanding of what was going on Was then told that there was a 30£ charge for diagnosis, was not mentioned before booking in. No diagnosis in writting Not even a conversation or an explanation of what was wrong Absolutely terrible experience and waste of time. Totally unprofessional and really disappointed.

   My car went in for its MOT today at Halfords and failed. This was due to a tyre that MI Garage fitted being fitted the wrong way round. This is very unsettling knowing that a garage could fit a tyre wrong. Very unsafe and very unhappy/disappointed that this has happened. Costing me extra money to fix and to pass my MOT. Would not recommend.
