   Usman, is a top man, he and his team have recently serviced both mine and my partners car, they have been thoroughly professional all through the process with my car and collecting my partners car, they have been open, honest through out the process, providing fair and reasonable costs to repair and service both vehicles and quickly to boot. I will definatly be back when my MOT is required.

   Outstanding customer service. They collected my daughter's car, serviced and MOT'd it. There were various issues with the vehicle that have now been repaired by Usman and his team...and it was all done within 24hrs..!! Kept me updated throughout the whole process and was very professional. Even brought the vehicle back and explained what had been repaired. Very satisfied with UHO Ltd... huge thanks to Usman and his team!!!! Will definitely recommend.

   Absolutely fabulous service and superb price.I found the garage by accident and need my alternator changed that day as we were going on a trip away. My car is a jaguar xf so not the easiest to replace. Dropped car odd at 10.30 and got it back at 17.15hrs. Superb service. Will definitely use this garage again. Cant recommend their sevices enough.

   I recently had my service and MOT with U H O Ltd, and all I can say is amazing all round. Customer service was top notch and the communication throughout with updates etc was quick and efficient. Prices were beyond great and they went above and beyond to ensure I had my car back quickly as I'm disabled. I can't recommend this garage enough. I'm definitely keeping my business with them.

   I would never use this place again. One of the staff was rude and used aggressive behaviour that merited police action. My car was booked in through my lease company and the jobs were not authorised so I had wasted a whole day's work although it wasn't the garages fault I expressed my frustration but not directly to the staff. One member of the staff then got aggressive and used intimidating language telling me to get to f and get the hell out of here and don't come back. Also said you Cs are a pain in the a###. Shocking way to talk to a customer. I actually thought he was going to attack me.He then refused to do the job . Shocking behaviour.

   i left my car with them over night for MOT check with almost full fuel tank, by the next day half of the fuel was gone. additionally , they accept only cash and they tell you that only when you come to reciveve your car ( there is no close ATM near there shop)

   My car was booked in for an MOT through AA Smart Care at 9.30am. When I dropped the car off, I was given no confidence at all that it was going to happen that day, let alone within the next few minutes. At 11.30am, I called to find out if the test was completed. It hadn't been, so I told them I was just coming to collect the car. When I arrived at the garage, the car was somewhere else (Gorbals MOT Centre), and I was told and assured that the MOT was being carried out now and would be completed by 2pm. As the car wasn't there for me to take away, I had no choice but to accept this. However, the other station was only a minute's walk away, and when I went there I saw the car was still parked outside. When I went into the garage to ask when it would be done, a very unwelcoming man told me around 2pm. When I asked if it would be completed by 3, he nonchalantly said, "Might be." I called UHO Ltd back and said what I'd been told and he said, "You know what? Just take it. Ah don't need this headache." I went and took my car from the unwelcoming gentleman's garage saying I can't wait any longer, was booked for 9.30. He said, "Well that's no ma fault." These organisations do not care about their customers, and on top of that are extremely ill-mannered. Do with this what you will.
