Stephen renewed a Heat Pump in our Neff Dishwasher September 24, the same fault occurred May 2025(9 months). Stephen came out, ordered the part, replaced it as soon as part was available. No charge, Labour or part all done under warranty. Excellent Service, 1st Class. I highly recommend Fern Domestics .
We called Fern 2nd September and the chap attended within a few hours .diagnosed the fault and fitted new brushes to our Beko Washing Machine and all for a very reasonable price...absolutely first class service.

Came to assess my dryer, said it did not need a lot to repair said he would return a few days later, never did. Did not return phone calls. Still don't know why he never came back.
