   Did a really good job on my Isuzu pick up wheel alignment. I went to 3 different garages around Ayrshire and each time the truck came back to me with different symptoms. Absolute head aches so I bit the bullet and went further afield with an establishment that had the correct equipment for the job. All a distant memory now the boys did a great job for me and I’ll definitely be returning when needed

   Had my car at 2 other garages that couldnt diagnose the horrible clinking noise that was coming from under the car. Also spent hundreds of £££s trying to get problem fixed but no prevail. A friend reccomended mtek and im so glad i used them. Thomas found the problem in a short space of time and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Defo be using these guys in the future.

   I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Been using MTek for many years. Take all my family's cars here for tyre's, mot,.services and mechanical repairs. I have confidence in their workmanship and cost. Even my neighbours have started using MTEK.

   Made the mistake of using them thinking they were BMW specific/ trained. That they not, just claim to be. I have had to pay £80 for a failed glow plug removal with tip snapped. Initially quoted the same £80 figure to replace one single glow plug!!!

   Really disorganised as it seems like it's just two guys who run the full place. I phoned to book my car in to get a new thermostat fitted which was fine, one of the guys said they would give me a phone back to price the difference between BMW and aftermarket part. They took all my details and said I should bring the car in on Thursday. I didn't receive a call back, so I phoned at the end of the day where another guy answered. Said he wasn't sure about the price but I should bring the car in on Thursday anyway. I said to just order the BMW part as I priced it up on my own, all good. Turn up on the Thursday and I get a confused look when I go to hand them my keys. Said they were too busy and I'd need to come back another day! I was told by both the mechanics that I was booked in and to come on the Thursday, and then when I turn up they can't help me. Waste of time. Took the morning off work (since they also don't take keys before 8:30am) all for nothing. 2 stars since I'll give them the benefit of the doubt in that they are probably a decent garage, but organisation is shocking. Won't be back.

   having previously left a glowing review for this company I have now unfortunately had to delete it and change to very poor. After spending multiple 1000’s maintaining my car here I was told “I’m not interested” after I called to book my car in for repair! Shocking customer service! I had recommended the garage to friends who had since used, all now have been told to stay well clear.
