Car was taking to Mitchell Inglis as an approved Tesla repair shop by my insurance company. Great finishing job. Nearly 2 month of work but communication from Helen was clear and frequent with constant updates.
After 10 years of not even a scratch on my Baby , I had this boy racer and his mouthy girlfriend pull out of a 2 lane road into the side of my car and caused a heck of a lot of damage to the passenger front door and back one, I was told by my insurance company, to place it with Mitchell inglis who were the best I have ever heard of ,Tom and Andy made it all so easy for me and WHEN I got my Baby back today 11th Sept 2025, she is like the first day when I bought her all those years ago ,.all I can say is a big big Thank you all at Mitchell's and I would highly recommend them if you are ever in need of your car to be repaired once again THANKS YOU GUYS !!!!! you made and old man Happy
Having had my car repaired by Mitchell Inglis twice, due to accidents caused by other people, what a relief to find a repair centre who does what they say. So impressed with the level of service and the impressive work carried out. My car looks amazing again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place!
I had another car bumping into mine so Tesla and the insurance company directed me to Mitchell Inglis for the repair job. I dropped my car off on the morning of 03/10 and received a call the next day that the car is fixed and ready for pick up. It was a good experience all the way through, the ladies at the counter were all very kind and helpful. Special thanks to the mechanic fixing the paint on my car and taking good care of it. Also it was a very quick process and I’m very happy with the result, appreciate everyone involved! I hope I never have to get my car fixed ever again but if I do I’ll take it to Mitchell Inglis.
Front end repair. Bumper replaced, which isn’t fitted properly one side it pops out. Wing repaired, shocking panel work and paint. Plastic end cap also missing not installed again after repair. Passenger side light replaced, missing parts from the light. Bonnet repair, went back in for a second visit to fully replace as it starting rusting. Air filter was damaged in the crash and never picked up on nor replaced. Do not let the insurance sent your car here.
Put my Tesla in for repair, it took roughly 3-4 weeks after handing them the keys. When they were done they called me to come over. However when I arrived I noticed the paint job on the repaired area was patchy in a section and one area had a blob of too much paint. Thankfully after pointing this out to them they managed to fix it within the next day

My car was repaired by Mitchell Inglis because it was one of only two approved repairers in Scotland for my car model. My car sat for days without being worked on and when I called for a status update, I was told my car was being worked on, impossible considering it was still parked outside. I then received a phone call later that day saying my car had been taken into the bodyshop, where in fact my car was still parked outside and it wasn't until the following day my car had been moved. When I received my car back it was clear that Mitchell Inglis had not inspected my car post-repair because there were paint drips, rough edges and chemical marks where the repair was carried out. My car had to go back to Mitchell Inglis to rectify the problems above, which was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Mitchell Inglis blatantly lied to me on two separate occasions, the repair not inspected prior to being returned to me resulting in my car having to go back to Mitchell Inglis for a second time. I would not recommend Mitchell Inglis.
Car fixed promptly, looks as good as new, kept updated start to finish and friendly welcome. Also when I picked my car up it was gleaming inside and out. Extremely happy with the service received.
Overal experience - absolutely dreadful. - Mitchel Inglis has been used because it has been approved VW group. Rectification work carried out by Mitchel Inglis after different bodyshop garage failed to deliver. Work included cleaning bonnet and re-paint it fresh & new front bumper. - Work was estimated to take 2 weeks but took 4 weeks to get car back on 1st attempt. - After less then 2 month paint around parking sensor on front bumper started "flaking off" - rectified by Mitchell Inglis in 2nd attempt. - Bonnet starting "bubbling" during Covid-19 period/restrictions so reported issue with bonnet paint when restrictions were lifted, Mitchel Inglis denied responsibility claiming that bubbling has been caused by stone chips, car had plenty of stone chips on more then just bonnet before Mitchell Inglis repair and not a single "bubble" or rust issue. Will refuse to use them ever again.
