   Brilliant service that was so much quicker than expected! Called Monday morning to ask if I could drop my car off for a brake check as it had started making weird noises over the weekend. By 11:30 on Monday, I'd received a call to tell me what was wrong, as well as how much it would cost to fix. Got a call at 11am this morning (Tuesday!) to say I could collect it and that was without me having a prior booking. Really chuffed with the customer service, and how quick and reasonably priced it was. Will definitely be using BMC again!

   had a terrible experience with BMC Motor. I went there to fix my exhaust, expecting professional service and original parts. Instead, they installed a non-original part, and my car has been nothing but trouble ever since. Not only is it making an awful noise, but the exhaust has fallen down twice after they worked on it! When I went back to have them fix their mistakes, they just kept my car at their garage and didn’t do anything to solve the problem. This is beyond unacceptable. If you value your car and your time, avoid BMC Motor at all costs!

   I used this garage few times for general repair, service and MOT on my vauxhall astra. They provided early appointment, quick diagnosis and same day return. I mostly had a positive experience with them so far.

   I asked over the phone whether they do MOT and the reply was 'yes'. In reality they sent the car to another garage for MOT. As an outcome the radiator exploded. They admitted this happened just after MOT but didn't want to accept any responsibility. I had to ask them to replace it at my cost. Further to that MOT was failed, in particular, because of corrosion. This was the same place where corrosion was at the previous MOT which I had been doing at another garage. At that time I asked Barry at BMC motors to do the welding which he did. The car had passed MOT but I was pointed out that welding was done very unprofessionally as the bit in between the two places which were welded was left unattended. Not surprising this place had to be welded this time which Barry happily charged again rather than doing it rightly in the first place. Again no responsibility was taken for not doing it well a year ago. The prices are on the low side but you have to pay twice at least which makes the place useless.
