Some prices extortionate, staff that don't won't to work there, attitudes towards customers dreadful and in relation to customer care and having to do what's best to please people I doubt very much if they've ever been taught anything. So we have a new CO - OP ? Good but keep your eyes on the prices ! I do hope I'm wrong but I do think that there may be some prices...Don't take it for granted that they open to please people.

Very poor customer service. A till assistant was speaking to her manager about where she had been whilst not even looking at what she was haphazardly scanning when scanning my items. She then ignored me three times when I tried to ask a question about one of the items and dropped some of the medicine I was purchasing on the floor. Unfortunately, her hair was long and covering her name tag, so I was unable to get a name to leave in this review. However, I can say it was on Thursday the 10th of August. Shameful of the manager as well to be encouraging that behaviour.

A small co-op. Shelves aren't always well stocked. Staff are VERY rude. Hard to manoeuvre around the store with a pushchair or wheelchair.

Good little local shop. Limited choice of fresh meat. Short dates on bread but maybe due to pandemic. Staff are helpful and friendly.

A fully stocked small local store. Ideal for all needs and the smaller shop. Crown post office attached which is a valuable service for all current postal and financial needs.

Hmm, it's a bit small. Not a great selection either. Does the job, and staff are good enough. I have a "meh" feeling about it. Not for your weekly shop. Convenient enough, that's about it.

Misleading customer/s in relation to product's prices which have been already set - "on sale" (for a third time in two weeks). Cost of items that are - "on sale" end up half the base amount of its product's price greater than it's standard on sale offering price. This is a sneaky practice for Co-op stores to drag out an extra amount of revenue from everyday customers and consumers. Either a law enforcement need to come in force for these local shops or at least inspection of the proper authorities. Otherwise these local shops will be ultimately at risk of getting closed. If affects our lives negatively and gives horrible reputation not only to the Co-operative stores but to the government party as well. This is totally unacceptable for a brand being supported by the government for many many years
