Parking not clear on how long. Also parking way to short if you have travelled for an hour each each way to take a relative for a big shop. Then take the biscuit encouraging us to stop longer for a coffee etc, making us even longer! Relative was disabled. You obviously don't want our custom.

Very rude and unhelpful female staff on cigarette counter. No smile or anything, just an aggressive glare and a sarcastic reply to my query about the parking. Why do they want to treat customers like this, and how do they get away with it? Will avoid store from now on.

Girl with long burgundy hair is extremely belligerent and disrespectful. She speaks in with boisterous mannerisms and thinks she’s in charge. Left feeling patronised and verbally assaulted.

Disgusting! Men's toilets stink of urine And appear very dirty! Not the first time I've experienced this at this branch, its every time! Need to up their game on this as its a health hazard! Shame as it lets the store down. You can smell it by the tills outside the toilets on a bad day! The cafe is lovely as is the store itself, just let down badly by the hygiene of the toilets

Don't overstay the 2-hour parking. They'll get ya! £60 fine. Two hours isn't enough, especially with a 1 year old, to do a monthly shop and spend time in the cafe and baby change. Please extend it to 3 hours.

Not been in the Cafe for a coffee for ages, as the last time it was a nightmare the machine had broken and we had a refund . Today in for two Coffes and two all day breakfasts. Coffee 1 was lukewarm and after a 10 minute wait for the machine to be topped up with milk and reset mine wasn't any better. Tables also grubby and needed a wiping down.

Mid price range supermarket. Unfortunately could do with a freshen up!. Toilets were very dirty and overall the shop floor looked grubby…large gaps on the shelves as many products appeared out of stock. Slow checkout and distant staff

The vast majority of the plants are dead, but still at full price! We were told that no one had been asked to water them! We we spoke to a member of the management team for produce we were fobbed of with watch this space! He refused to reduce to reduce to two £10 cheese plants we wanted to rescue! Get your act together. So many dead plants because no one cares!

The Taste and Quality of the Morison's own Jam Doughnuts have dropped nastily. Everything from the sugar used down to the very jam and consistency of the jam is all off in a bad way. Not cooked well at all as they used to be done. Please look in to this and bring up the standards and cooking skill up a level or two.

Awful, I was going to buy some wine at 25% off but just happened to notice some restrictions that weren't prominently displayed, It was a right con, I wonder how many people got caught out by that one, not the first time either, I've been had a few times before.. All very confusing so I put my stuff back and walked out. Every time I go in there I vow to never return. They used to be quite good alas.
