   Worst nail experience ever. As you can tell from the picture, horribe design and left my fingers irritated and not what i asked for. I booked online yet they had me wait 30 minutes. Was in there for a total of 1 hour 45 minutes. Wasnt told price until half way through design. Online it was £26 and in shop sign says £32 yet they told me £60 and i refused. I had to change the design to make them £50 as i couldnt afford. Had me pay extra for ombre which I didnt ask for and looks terrible. Had to redo as they kept messing up yet they blamed me for time. Do not go ! I want a refund.

   ⭐ Honest Review I recently moved to Northfleet from London and visited this salon on a Sunday evening. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The salon had a very strong damp smell when I walked in, which made me uncomfortable. The tools being used were visibly dirty and not sanitised between clients. No antiseptic was applied before starting, and even the towel for the pedicure area was unclean. This raises serious hygiene and health-and-safety concerns. The nail work itself was average. The lengths were uneven, the shaping wasn’t consistent, and the colour I originally chose had run out, so I had to settle for another shade. They also do not accept card payments, so I had to go to a cashpoint. The total for an infill (acrylic overlay), two nail replacements, and gel toes was £56. Overall, I would not return due to the lack of cleanliness, the damp smell, and the poor sanitation practices. Clean and hygienic tools should be standard in any nail salon. The guys who did my nails were friendly. Update : A week later my pinky finger broke, and my thumb gel paint started to lift. I had to glue it back together with nail glue bought from my local Asda.

   My new nail design feels like jewellery for my fingertips. The blue glow and delicate linework look effortlessly luxurious. Every time I move my hands, the light dances across the design. It’s one of those sets that makes you smile every time you catch a glimpse of it. Truly flawless craftsmanship.

   Absolutely amazing experience, I explained that I had only had my nails done Wednesday and they were so kind about it, advised me not to go back there because the acrylic was done to thin and they hadn’t applied anything right. A massive thank you to the lady that works there, I think she’s the owner, she made me feel so welcome, as I am autistic I struggle to go to new places and speak to new people but they were amazing and so understanding, had an amazing chat, so so happy with my nails, definitely going back

   Suggested by a friend so assumed would be relatively ok. However was difficult to communicate, staff were unable to do requested design which was just basic daisy flowers, acrylic is thick and uneven with extra acrylic lumps under each nail and being able to see and feel the edge of the acrylic nail itself underneath. Several are clearly misshapen. Thumbs in particular are thick and cuticles were bleeding at several points throughout the process. Would not use again and would not recommend.
