    This place seems great for kids but for regular people who just want to use the gym and swim lanes this place is a NIGHTMARE. For some reason, the entrance to the actual gym isn’t in use, which means you have to enter via the time capsule entry, walk through the chaos of the water park which is boiling hot with chlorine steam and screaming kids everywhere. The gym itself is fine with nice equipment, good aircon and helpful class instructors but a bit of a maze to navigate. The worst let down has been the swimming pool. You are unable to book a swimming lane so if you want to actually swim lengths you have to compete with more people and their kids using the pool as a playground for splashing around in. Apparently they open only ONE lane at 11:30-12:30 each day while the rest of the pool is used for splashers. That means that those of us wanting to actually swim are condensed into one land for one hour??? Is the whole water park not enough space for those types of activities? I’m in the right mind now to look for a new gym, or make use of my access to the other NL gums which come with membership once I get a car. Edit: I have now been on a Sunday during the “lane swim hour” and sad to report that there was not, in fact any designated lanes or swim directions in place making swimming a game of dodging people. Would not recommend.

    Generally a very good gym but some machines dont fuction to their fullest effect / are broke, especially the Tricep Press. Would recommend this gym but pls fix machines, even have a few days for maintenance.

    Good place. Closing the small swimming pool at 4pm on a Saturday isn't very good at all. Also would be nicer to have a bigger sauna and steamroom section. Local for me and it's still enjoyable for myself and my family.

    Kids had a great time. Also liked the fact the sessions are 90min which I forgot and took the kids out after an hour. Only thing I can fault is I found the tanoy hard to hear

    I was greeted by the happiest smileiest wee face wen i walked in. Victoria is perfect to be the first face you see in the morning.. lovely girl.. puts a smile on your face with her lovely happy personality.... she'll go far.
